Festive end of the summer season.

On a beautiful late summer day, we celebrated the end of the summer season at Juste-Confortable with a village BBQ. It was our first season, and we felt it was important to celebrate with the people who welcomed us so warmly in Fleurey-lès-Lavoncourt.n Fleurey-lès-Lavoncourt.

A feast for the whole village

The aroma of grilled meat, colorful salads, and freshly baked bread drew everyone to our site late in the afternoon. The villagers enjoyed a pleasant chat over drinks. The back terrace and the garden were transformed into a place full of life and laughter.

Our villagers made the party complete by bringing homemade cakes, cookies, and delicious salads. The long table was overflowing with delicacies, and everyone could sample each other's creations—a true feast that made the evening extra special.

Gratitude and solidarity

For us, this BBQ was more than just a fun evening: it was a way to show our gratitude. Thanks to the support and warmth of the village, we were able to experience this first season so well. Sharing the table, sharing stories, and laughing demonstrated how strong the bond is here.

A beautiful tradition in the making

The BBQ marked the end of a successful first season, but also the beginning of a tradition we're happy to continue. For us, it felt like the perfect way to end the year: together with neighbors and friends who are dear to us.
